Tom Henshaw's Oven Baked Brown Potatoes

Oven Baked Brown Potatoes
4 round red potatoes
1 chopped red onion
2 tbl. Sp. Olive oil
2 tbls sp. Bell Pepper
1 tea sp. Oregano
1 tbl. Sp.  Fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Chop onion in small pieces, coat them with olive oil, mix all ingredients with potatoes, put them in a flat pan, and bake them at 400°F for 35 min.
