London - shows it's honest people

Share
I was in London in 1993 and while getting my boarding pass at the TWA counter, I left my camera (Nikon) on the counter and boarded my plane to Boston. In the mid flight I realized what I had done and asked the flight attendant what I should do. She said in the Boston Logan airport there is an office for lost and found items and advised me to report there. I did and filled some forms and came home. In about two weeks I got a letter from the Police in London that they have my camera and asked me to send £4.00 for shipping. I did and I got my camera back within 2 weeks.  Thank you London Police.
